This Silicone rubber can be used to create a variety of fx by themselves or in combination with other Out of Kit pieces.  To simulate either broken glass or ice effects directly on the skin.  It can be easily broken down into pieces to the desired size to add to your next make up.  You can use most make up adhesives to glue to the skin.
